Must I have my Domain Hosted by Rocky Mtn. Web?
Yes. This offer is extended only to Rocky Mtn. Web hosting clients who also use Rocky Mtn. Web as their Domain Name Registrar.
Must I have my Domain Name Registered at Rocky Mtn. Web?
Yes. This offer is extended only to Rocky Mtn. Web hosting clients who also use Rocky Mtn. Web as their Domain Name Registrar.
What if my domain name is already registered at Network Solutions?
It is your right to transfer your Domain Name. ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, which is responsible for the management of the Internet domain name system allows you to transfer an already existing and registered Domain Name to any ICANN approved Domain Registrar. Rocky Mtn. Web uses ICANN approved software to register domain names.
I can transfer my domain name registration to Rocky Mtn. Web?
Yes. You are allowed to use any approved registrar you choose.

What exactly are the details of the offer?
Simply stated: When you host with Rocky Mtn. Web and use Rocky Mtn. Web as your domain name Registrar, we will deduct the cost of your domain name registration / annual (one year) renewal from your hosting invoice. The result is you get your registration / renewals free. There are no hidden requirements. There is no very tiny print that will turn up later. It's just that simple. Host with us, and use us as your domain name Registrar, and your registration / renewal fees are free.
What exactly must I do to take advantage of your offer?
If you are already hosting with Rocky Mtn. Web, all you have to do is transfer your domain name registration to Rocky Mtn. Web - Click here.

Do I tell you who to pay the fees to?
No. In order to take advantage of this offer, Rocky Mtn. Web must be both your domain name registrar, and your hosting service. In essence, it's a matter of paperwork on our part.
Do I send you my invoices and then you pay them?
No. Initially, you pay the invoices as you receive them. When you have paid them, notify Rocky Mtn. Web and we will deduct the amount of your registration and / or one year renewal from your hosting account.
Do you assume responsibility for re-registering my name every year?
No. We can not legally or ethically do that. It is your domain name. It is your responsibility to keep all registration information current and to keep your registration current. You pay all the fees. Rocky Mtn. Web reimburses you the fees you have paid by deducting that amount form your hosting account invoice.
