During a six month test period, we never once experienced a
busy signal and service was extremely consistent & reliable. (Instant access
with no glitches.) Of the 5 times we
had reason to call Copper.net on the telephone, (General Information, Business,
and technical questions.) their phone was promptly answered about 80% of the
time. On the occasions when we were not able to get through immediately, we received
a recording stating that all lines were temporarily busy and were told that if
we left a message and phone number, our call would be returned as soon as
possible. And it was!
The Rocky Mtn. Web Studio appreciates
efficient professional service and has
switched all of its dial-up accounts to Copper.net while we await the installation
of a high speed big dish satellite system. We have now affiliated with
copper.net, and are recommending their dial-up service
to all our North American clients who a utilize dial up service for any reason.
At about $8.25 per month, Copper.net is an excellent cost effective back up
for those times when your High Speed connections are temporarily down.
While AOL, Earthlink, Quest, ATT, and
countless others
are all charging over $20 per month, we believe that Copper.net - at less than
half the price - outshines them all.
And now, with Copper.net's high
speed dial up service, you can increase the speed of your internet up to 5 times
faster without having to purchase any additional equipment - It uses your
existing phone lines and modem, just like the new services being offered by AOL
and Earthlink. And again, Copper.net is about half the price.
Copper.net's excellent service is
backed up by an even better privacy policy -
And we really appreciate their privacy policy... and the attitude of their Founder &
President, Michael J. Hawk:
"We will never sell or give away the names and/or e-mail
addresses of our customers.
If we're ever hurting for money that bad, we'll have a bake sale!"
